The company is a Spain-based enterprise engaged in the production of smoked fish. It conducts its business from its registered head office located in Barcelona, Spain. It was incorporated in the year 1981. The company's uses salmon as the raw material which elaborates the majority of its products. There are several varieties of salmon, but it works exclusively with those that come from Norway and Alaska, considered to be the select in the world. Its products include smoked salmon with sweet red pepper, smoked salmon with algae, smoked cod, semi preserved cod, smoked salmon with honey and sesame, and smoked salmon with basil. Other products include smoked trout, smoked swordfish, smoled eel, and smoked tuna. The company's installations of 2,500 m2 in Sant Feliu de Llobregat, Barcelona, are the centre of a rigorous production process that guarantees the quality of all its products.
